Before I tell you about this....
A few years ago I experienced "mentorship" and community in a negative way.
I was in network marketing and while the claim was "mentorship" and community, what I saw + experienced was a lot of drama, gossip and favoritism based on performance and what the higher ups deemed "praiseworthy".
(If you've ever been in network marketing culture, you know what I'm talking about - its like highschool on steroids.)
I felt out of place.
I felt wrong for wanting more.
And I felt unaccepted + unsupported as a whole, balanced person.
I knew I was here for bigger things and I was ready to find out what those things were.
That's when I decided to join a mastermind + a coach.
I was done playing the game + I was ready for the real thing.
For the first time, I got to experience what a true mentor is when they aren't attached to your paycheck. I felt seen, heard, understood, championed and supported for success in my whole life - marriage + family included.
I was around women from varying levels of success who treated each other as equals with respect, value and love.
There was ZERO gossip.
And ZERO comparing.
No one acted better than anyone else.
They didn't judge each other for struggles, successes or being real.
AND, they encouraged + helped each other generously with anything.
It completely changed my life.
Having those women in my life to learn from + with massively upleveled me in a way I could not have done on my own.
It was the first year of my own business and in just 6 months time, I went from 0 to 6 figures in this group.
That's because I joined a tribe of women who showed up as queens and positioned themselves as such. It called forth my own inner queen, belief and gave me the courage to do things I wouldn't have dreamed of before.
The difference between the days of network marketing drama and today is this:
I decided I was worth real support.
I surrounded myself with the people who could help me create success in my life the way I wanted to.
I stopped being okay with being surrounded by silly, mediocre people and found people who thought bigger.
AND, I can see why I was drawn to and tolerated the drama of the network marketing world for so long (even tho it wasn't giving me the time + financial freedom I wanted OR the life with my husband + kids I wanted):
I was afraid to bet on me. I knew I wanted an online business but I thought I'd need to sell someone else's stuff, "work for someone else" and that I couldn't really have people pay ME for what I knew.
I was afraid to put myself totally out there AND I thought I had to "work really hard" for money so I was a perfect candidate for the hustle culture network marketing thrives on.
But rather than staying there and letting that story slow me down, I decided to invest in a mastermind + mentor to help me change the narrative.
And that's why I've created THIS mastermind today.
It's called All The Things because this space is dedicated to helping YOU create success in your WHOLE life.
From business to social media to selling to marriage and family, women are juggling a LOT.
They need a place to show up with a question about any of it - all of it.
